Heaton Support Services have a great enablement team whose care and support focuses on maintaining and improving your independent living skills. This short but intensive support is designed to get you back up and going, we know that after a stay in hospital especially for the elderly you can lose some of your key skills, our team will support you whether your hospital stay has been through illness/accident/incident in your own home.
We will deliver first class support with input from health professionals, which will target the levels you need support in to regain the independence you had prior to being admitted to hospital. Our staff will support you with bathing, showers, meals, medication and looking after your home, and support you to regain your confidence and skills to remain in your own home.
Our enablement support is offered to people who are recovering from injury, illness, or frail, and to people with learning disabilities.
Our experienced staff will support you to re-train and re-learn the skills you have lost.
